MANE CHARACTER MOMENT WITH CUSTOM:
MAKEUP
A stylist requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule and appointment. This allows the stylist an opportunity to try and fill the available appointment. Clients that cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of their booked service. Clients that no show or cancel day of service will be charged 100% of their booked service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and incur an additional fee.
We kindly ask that only those with a service scheduled, attend the appointment.
